I am based in Bath and my shoot fee includes locations within 15 miles (I’m happy to arrange locations further afield for an additional travel cost). You might like to choose to have your session in a local park, beach or woodland, or simply your home and garden.
Wherever you choose, I capture what makes your relationship unique.

Me
I’ve been a wedding photographer for the last ten years and have shot every in imaginable situation, and I have some pretty good stories to tell! This experience has given me great opportunity to observe people and the ways they interact. Being present and in the moment is the best way I find in capturing the human connection I see unfolding before me. You can check out my wedding work here.
I used to be a primary school teacher where I taught Maths, English and PE. I’ve been married for over nine years to my wife Francesca and we have a delightful three year girl who is one rung higher up the pecking than our sofa-hogging black labrador, Dexter. We live in the beautiful Georgian city of Bath and love the opportunities this part of the world offers.
You
My style of shooting is what you might call a documentary style that lets you do your thing without feeling like it’s a photoshoot. This approach works perfectly for people who aren’t super comfortable in front of the camera.
Everyone assumes ‘photo shoots’ are going to be posed, awkward affairs. Believe me, the way I do things, it is the opposite. The focus is about making it an experience that feels natural.
Couples
For couples, there’s no posing or awkward smiles here, I’ll just guide you through with interactions and activities that help you focus on each other. By creating a space where you feel comfortable to just be yourself means I capture genuine, meaningful moments between you.
Families
For families it’s about capturing the essence of the relationships you share, so think time spent hanging out, having fun and just being together. The activities you do might be everyday occurences, but these little moments are what make your life unique and will be treasured in years to come.
